This girl loves to sleep with the blanket over her head. It does concern me sometimes when I look at our video monitor to find a sight like the above. But we have a smart kid... She does make a breathing tunnel in the blanket.
McKinley is fascinated with our cats Gunner and Trey. I will feed them in the morning (she thinks their food is yummy too) and watch her interact with the cats. She gets really excited if the cats come up to her (she begins giggling and shaking). McKinley is a better cat grabber right now than petter.
